Remote Control Not Working.
Check to ensure the remote has batteries
Ensure the loop device is plugged in and powered on.
If you have another loop remote, trying use a different remote to see if the second remote has any functionality.
There should be a USB dongle on the side of the player that acts as a pair to the remote. Go ahead and unplug that and plug it back in to the same or other USB port(s). Try plugging in the dongle, hold the remote control near dongle, and press and hold "OK" and "Back" buttons to see if it re-pairs the remote to dongle.
Check for any corrosion with the batteries and clean it out to see if that helps.
If trying all the above options and it still doesn't work, we can look at getting you a replacement remote.
