How do I upload my digital signage materials?
-From your MyLoopTV customer dashboard:
-Choose Signage.
-Go to Asset Library
-Go to +Upload. It will be a pink button on the right side of the screen
-Upload the images or videos you would like to use. For pictures, please use JPEG or PNG file types and mp4 for videos. The ideal resolution for both formats are 1920x1080. You can drag and drop them into the popup window or you can click inside the box where it says Drag and drop. This should open your file folder and you can select which image or video to upload.
-This will add your asset into the library. You can choose to rename it by clicking on the 3 dots in the bottom right corner of the image and select Rename. Make sure to press Save to save your changes.
-If you uploaded the wrong asset, click on the 3 dots on the bottom right corner and select Delete. Keep in mind that this will delete the asset in your library and signage set.
-You can search through your assets by using the search bar above your most recent ones. You can also filter out just your images, videos, or sort either via Name or Newest.
From here, you will need to create a signage set and put the asset in the set. Below is how to do that.
To Create a signage set:
-Choose the Signage Sets option next to Asset Library.. This will bring up all of your current signage sets with quick information regarding how many assets are in the set, how many screens are running the set, and how often the set is set to run.
-Click the pink +New Set button
-Name your sign and then press Create
-You should see your set appear in the top left. Go ahead and click on Manage.
-You should see Items and it has a 0 next to it. Go ahead and click on + Add items.
- Your asset list should pop up and if you click on the row where your asset is, it will be added to your set. If you don't see it in your list to choose from, it is already added to your set. Go ahead and press done when you are finished adding all of the pictures and videos you want in the set.
-You should see Items have a number next to it that reflects how many items you have.
-If you click on Schedule, it will show the Days of the week (which days of the week you want the ad to play), Play Frequency (how often your ads will run), Time Slot (if you want to run it for a specific time throughout the day).
-If you click on Screens, you can see all of your different devices that you can assign the signage set to by clicking on the row. Once you have selected all your devices that you want it assigned to, press the pink button on the bottom that has the check mark along with the Assign to (number of players you selected) screen(s).
