How do I upload my digital signage materials?

-From your Loop customer dashboard:

-Choose Signage Library.

-Go to Upload File
-Upload the images or videos you would like to use. For pictures, please use JPEG or PNG file types and mp4 for videos. The ideal resolution for both formats are 1920x1080. You can drag and drop them over or you can click above where it says Drag and drop. This should open your file folder and you can select which image or video to upload.

- Name the asset and you can select how long you want it to run, which days of the week, and even times of the day!

- Press "save" and it should appear in your library. It might take a few minutes to encode properly.

From here,  you will need to create a signage set and put the asset in the set. Below is how to do that.

To Create a signage set:
- Choose the plus (+) button next to Signage Set.

-Name your sign.

-Add images or videos you previously uploaded by pressing the button in the top right that says "attach sign". Your images and videos will appear. you will need to hover over them and select the checkbox. You will know if this is successful if it greys out upon selection.

-Choose how frequently you would like the sign to play by going to the top right and clicking where it says "run every 3 videos". There will be a drop down list of options you can choose from.

-Assign the sign by selecting Assign Set at the top right.

-Choose the player(s) you would like to assign the signage to and then press "assign".
