How do I check if my Loop TV player is online?
Check player status in MyLoop.
Sign in to MyLoop at my.loop.tv to see whether each of your players is online or offline. The MyLoop dashboard shows your players with their current status, so you can spot a screen that has stopped playing.
If a player shows offline, check that it is plugged in and connected, then see Screen says No Wifi or No Internet and Nothing Appearing on the Screen.
