Many users have accounts that are managed by members of the Loop sales team and will not be able to change their subscription options manually. 

If you would like to stop paying for premium services and your account is not being managed by a member of the sales team, visit and log in to view your account. Go to the subscriptions tab.

You can toggle the premium features to stop paying for them. If you would still like to cancel your account, please send an email to if you would like to cancel your account.
