If you would like to stop paying for ad-free services and your account is not being managed by a member of the sales team, log in to your Business Portal account and go to the subscriptions tab to toggle off any subscriptions you have turned on. 

While you can toggle off the ad-free subscriptions to stop paying for them at any time. If you would still like to cancel your account completely, please send an email to
