How do I find my player's tv code?
The Player TV Code can be found in the following ways:
1: Login into the customer dashboard and match the MAC Address you see in the dashboard with the one that is printed on the bottom of your device. There will be a column labeled "TV Code" and that is your tv code for that specific player.
When the player is active and playing content, perform the following steps:
2: Press the menu button (button with 4 horizontal lines located towards the top of the remote)

If you scroll down, you will see an option to "unlink tv code". You don't need to unlink it but there is a 6 digit code present and that is your unique code.
