Remote Control Not Working.
Check to ensure the remote has batteries
If you have another loop remote, trying use a different remote to see if the second remote has any functionality.
There is a USB dongle on the side of the player that acts as a pair for the remote. Go ahead and unplug it and plug it back in. Make sure to try the other USB slot if the first one doesn't work.
If there is any corrsion with the batteries, please let us know and we can order you a new remote.
If trying all the above options and it still doesn't work, we can look at getting you a replacement remote.
