Nothing appearing on the screen
On your screen, do you see something along the lines of "No Signal Detected",just a black screen, or something else?
Can you check to see if there a power light on the device? If so, what color is it(no power, red power light, blue power light)?
If you have another player that is working, can you try using the power supply from the working player to see if the problematic player recieves power?
If the working power supply works on the problematic device, we can look at sending you a replacement power supply.
If the working power supply doesn't fix the player, a replacement device will be sent.
