Screen says No Wifi or No Internet.

Ensure that your internet is working properly. You can verify with other devices to see if they can connect to wifi.

If you have an ethernet cable that can be hooked up to the device, please try this.

If this is unsuccessful, go ahead and press the home button (button that looks like a house on your loop remote).

Go to settings

First option is network and internet. Click on this.

If it says it is not connected to a network, go ahead and select your desired network.

If it says it is connected to a network, click on the network and then click "forget". You can try to reconnect back to it.

If the above doesn't work, try a different network. Utilize a hotspot if you don't have another network option.

If this doesn't work, perform a factory data reset on your device.
