No Sound.
Are you getting no sound at all , muffled, or very quiet?
Did you check the volume coming from the TV itself? You can either find your TV remote and make sure the volume isn't turned all the way down or muted.
Some TV's have sound buttons located on the TV itself. They can be located behind , on the sides, or on the front.
Try the volume up/down buttons on the Loop remote. These are located on the bottom of the remote.
There is also a mute button on the top right of the Loop remote, go ahead and try this as well.
Check your audio cables to make sure nothing is unplugged. If you have speaker system running into the loop device, make sure it is functioning properly.
Is there another device you can hook up to see if it plays audio (laptop, tablet, etc). If the device you hook up starts to play audio, proceed to the next step.
If none of these steps work, perform a factory data reset.
If the factory data reset doesn't work, a replacement will be required.
