My Pictures or videos aren't working.
Is the tv playing any of the loop content, just a black screen, "no signal" is on the tv, or something else?
If it is not playing your picture or videos at all, log into the business portal check to see if your specific player has a signage set attached to it. When you click on the player, there is a drop down over on the right side that says "Signage Set". Make sure you have the one that you want selected.
Check your signage library to make sure that none of your uploaded items are missing or corrupted (click on the image and if it is solid grey and not your image, the file is corrupted). If they are, please remove the bad asset and reupload.
Make sure your signage set has the correct items included. Select your signage set and check to ensure you have all the pictures and videos that you want included. Make sure when you click "attach sign", all items that are greyed out are already in the signage set and if you see an asset that you want to include, hover over it and select the checkmark to insert it.
You can try to delete and reupload the assets that are not playing, also please make sure that the correct file formats are being uploaded (mp4 for video, jpeg and png for picture).
On the Loop player itself, you can perform the following to clear the cache:
Home button
Settings
Apps
Loop for Business
Clear Cache
If this doesn't work, you will need to perform a factory data reset.
