My Logo isn't showing.
Log into your business portal and verify that the "Custom Logo" field has something in it.
If there is a pencil icon, there is a logo present.
If there is a plus icon, there is no logo.
If there is a pencil icon and it is the correct one, make sure the device is online so it can receive updates.
Try removing the logo and then reuploading it again.
Perform a factory reset on the device and then after the player is reactivated again, it can take some time before the logo can appear.
